Thematic Fire text
Here I have the Before and After images of my thematic text assignment. I went with fire using a font called Dark Crystal. This was all done in Photoshop and Edge Animate. Besides using a mask for the fire beneath the words and around the words i also used a separate layer above each mask with two colors of fire to add to the effect. For the buttons i used to transition i wanted to be a little creative. All in all i was happy with the outcome and it gave me some more time to practice with edge animate.

Endora Web Page
Here is a screen shot of my Web page from the last assignment. I used a theme that is geared towards writers. since I am a writer i used a novel i'm working on called Realms Of Endora: Demons Fall.
I used two of the main character images for the header and background and posted the prologue up to chapter 3 on the site.
I am happy with the outcome and plan to continue using this. Word press, Microsoft word, Photoshop were all used for this project.

Card Dance
Here i have my card dance video assignment using my Lockheart legends themed pictures i used in a previous gallery. I wasnt going for anything in particular on this assignment but just making sure that everything worked properly, i did get frustrated with getting specific angels with the camera but i still enjoyed this project. i essentially used Photoshop CS6, Pen and paper for the base pictures, After effect, Premiere Pro, and some online music.

All in all I am happy with the outcome and look forward to adding on to it. i was sticking to the theme with the yellow orange since it fit my overall theme i used on my original web site.

Lockheart Legends Gallery
For this gallery i was aiming to add some of my new artwork showing how much its advanced over the year. Each Character is a signature character from short stories, comic strips, or my novel that I've been working on for years. All are very important creations with meaning and bits of my personality in them.
The core tools used were Dreamweaver and Photoshop CS6 with some hand drawn pictures before being scanned onto the computer. I am very happy with the end results and will problably use this tool more with my website.

Slam Cover Submissions
My final Slam cover designs, The second one i was going for a set of Polaroids similar to what i did in an earlier project. The First cover design was with a style i use often taking a photo and drawing the line work, coloring the flat colors and adding some shadows and lights. All the tools used for both designs involved my camera all the same photo of one of the buildings, and photoshop CS6 using the brush tools and a few actions. Over all Im satisfied more with the first Slam cover design i did the second Im happy with but not as much as the first.

Shape Animation
Here we Have My shape Animation assignment. The purpose here was to create some vector shapes and make them change in some form or way. I believe i have about 8 vector shapes some distorting or copied and all changing and twisting. I wasn't fully aiming for anything in particular but just chaos. all in all I'm somewhat satisfied with the end result.

I wasn't going for anything particular than just a working moving video gallery that would satisfy me. In the end i was happy with the end result.

Wall The Card Game
Above are my four card designs for a possible game called Wall. The First card Reinforce pictures a simple design of a hammer hitting a nail symbolizing something getting fixed. The second picture is of an ancient Japanese wall, that card i named the sacred wall, which is used in many feudal Japanese castles and shrines. The third picture is a logo design for the back of the card, the fourth card is of a medevil battering ram device charging towards a wall in hopes of breaking it down, this will be the damage card.
I used a combination of Photoshop tactics with Illustrator, the images themselves were done in photoshop since i'm more comfortable with it, The pen tool, polygon lasso tool, paint brush and layers for base colors, shadows, and lighting were my steps before transferring each image over to illustrator. This project I'm actually very happy with, the new techniques I added in to my artwork made the end result much better.

Battle Of The Beast
North West Battle of the Beast
A logo design for a cross-fit competition i designed in Illustrator. The Logo is attached to an in design ad i put together, the logo pictures Mt Rainier in the background and a Sasquatch lifting a weight in the foreground. I feel i could of done better with this design in Adobe Photoshop but I'm still happy with the outcome.
The Ad will hopefully be used for a cross fit competition, Cross fit is a combination of extreme sports and training used for special forces, police academies, Martial arts, and the Military.
Noble Lion
My Tablet sketch design with various brushes on three different layers. one layer is used with a wet paint brush type style to give the lighter shade beneath the darker frame of the lion head. I also tweaked with spacing a faded brush and dual brush strokes. Lions are my Fav Animal and thought it be different than sketching a superhero.
Car Decal Lockheart Inc. Logo
My vinyl Car decal is my trademark design logo i use on all my artwork. Lockheart inc. the symbol that defines my Novel and graphic novel as my trademark along with my signed name.
